• a Silver Auctions Arizona Representative will then contact you to complete the process
Bidder is required to maintain a minimum of $5,000 USD as deposit for vehicles to be purchased.
Acceptable form of *deposit is an authorization hold on a major credit card.
All payments must be received via bank-wire transfer on the first business day following the auction.
*Credit card funds may not be used for or applied to vehicle purchases.
All Sales are final, no exceptions. All bidders must agree to and abide by the Terms and Conditions spelled out in the Silver Auctions Arizona Bidder Contract. In the event Bidder fails to fund any purchase, Bidder shall forfeit deposit hold. Bidder is required to provide (text, fax or email) a copy of your current drivers license, a copy of your current proof of insurance and if applicable a copy of Dealer license and resale tax certificate (when registering as a dealer.)
Internet Bidders MUST submit ALL required items to be reviewed and processed by a Bidder Services Representative no later than 48 hours prior to auction days.
