For the past 20 years, the Silver Auctions name has been a mainstay of the collector car scene in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area. At Silver Auctions Arizona, we plan to build on that legacy by offering three sales every year, including our largest sale in January held during the frenzy of Arizona Auction Week.
Mitch Silver, the founder of Silver Auctions, sold the Arizona division of his collector car auction company to Emmett Rice, a longtime car dealer and enthusiastic participant in the collector car hobby. Rice is the founder of Vintage Autohaus & Imports, a classic car dealership in Amarillo, Texas, where he has staged several collector car auctions. Emmett and his wife, Nancy, are Phoenix-area homeowners and have been established in the community for the past ten years.
Joining Rice in the new auction endeavor is Jason Rose, former VP of Operations at Barrett-Jackson; Rodney Stokes, who has served alongside Emmett in the collector car industry for many years; John Dales, car enthusiast and Client Services Representative; and Emmett’s son Ian who serves as Marketing Director. The home office of Silver Auctions Arizona is located in Deer Valley.
This upcoming auction season will be our second as the new operators of Silver Auctions Arizona. Our highest priorities are honesty, integrity, and providing a comfortable auction setting where everyone is welcome. We hope that you will join us to experience the exciting changes and many improvements we are bringing to Silver Auctions Arizona this season.
